Kathryn has been teaching yoga since 2020, offering inclusive, supportive classes that blend mindful movement, breathwork, and thoughtfully curated music. Her teaching invites presence and connection, making space for all bodies and backgrounds. As a former dancer, Kathryn believes yoga is like a dance between body, breath, awareness, and flow. She creates a calming, supportive, and inclusive space for students to explore yoga at their own pace. Kathryn aims to inspire students to move with intention and feel at home in their practice. She can’t wait to meet you on your mat!
