You will move mindfully through sequences that encourage awareness, grounding, and ease. This class provides a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore yoga at their own pace, with guidance and modifications to suit individual needs. Class may include the use of crystal sound bowls or other instruments during final rest to enhance relaxation.

Deep Release

This class blends Yin and Restorative Yoga to create a slow, grounding, and deeply nourishing practice that supports both release and rest. Yin postures are held for longer periods to target deep connective tissues, improve joint mobility, and encourage mindful stillness, while Restorative poses use props to allow the body to relax with minimal effort. Together, these practices help to create space for physical, mental, and emotional renewal. Class may include the use of crystal sound bowls or other instruments during final rest to enhance relaxation.
