Flow + Yin
Move mindfully through a slow flow sequence and ending class in yin postures - encouraging awareness, grounding, and ease. This class provides a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore yoga at their own pace, with guidance and modifications to suit individual needs. Class may include the use of crystal sound bowls or other instruments during final rest to enhance relaxation.

Deep Release
This class blends Yin and Restorative Yoga to create a slow, grounding, and deeply nourishing practice that supports both release and rest. Yin postures are held for longer periods to target deep connective tissues, improve joint mobility, and encourage mindful stillness, while Restorative poses use props to allow the body to relax with minimal effort. Together, these practices help to create space for physical, mental, and emotional renewal. Class may include the use of crystal sound bowls or other instruments during final rest to enhance relaxation.

One-on-one private session. This session will include mindfulness and meditation, warming of the body, a full yoga flow, stretching, and a cool down. The session will be tailored to the client needs and wants to be discussed prior to the session.

Kittens and yoga, what more could you ask for? Support Junebug Foundation and spend your Saturday moving through a 1-hour yoga class (with kitties!) followed by 1-hour of play.
Yoga & Sound Bath
Donation based classes
Join for 45 minutes of slow flow yoga followed by a 15 minute sound bath. Classes start at 10:00 AM.
